Meet Max! This 13-year, 10-month-old, 12lb mixed-breed gentleman may be a senior, but he’s got plenty of pep in his step and a whole lot of love to give! Max is an affectionate, social little guy who absolutely adores cuddles and lap time: he’ll happily soak up attention all day long and isn’t shy about asking for it. His foster says he’s cute, charming, and delightfully demanding in all the best ways. Max has a medium energy level: he enjoys a bit of playtime and puttering around the house, but he’s just as happy to curl up next to his people for a cozy nap. He’s been doing great with the small dogs in his foster home but tends to be a little unsure around bigger pups. Max is crate trained (though he’ll tell you when he’s ready to come out!) and is fully potty trained. He’s also quite the talker: this vocal boy loves to express himself, so he may be best suited for a home without shared walls.
