Unroll your mat and get ready for the happiest flow you’ve ever experienced. Join us for Puppy Yoga, a playful and heartwarming event featuring a 45-minute guided yoga class surrounded by adorable, adoptable puppies and delicious beverages provided by our friends at Recess.
As you move through a relaxing, all-levels flow, our rescue pups will be there to keep things light, joyful, and full of surprises—whether that means a cuddle during savasana or a curious companion by your side. It’s the perfect blend of wellness and feel-good fun!
After class, enjoy time to mingle with the puppies, learn more about adoption, and potentially join our rescue canine carnival (happening in the square at 10:30am). Whether you’re here for the stretch, the snuggles, or both, all are welcome! 🐶🧘♀️
Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and your love for dogs. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early!
