Join us on November 8th, for a pup-up with Tsuchiya Kaban at ON TOKOYO Gallery. Meet some cute pups, drink delicious matcha and shop premium leather dog goods for a great cause!

On Saturday, November 8th, Wags & Walks will co-host a pup-up to celebrate Tsuchiya Kaban’s introduction to Los Angeles.

The leather goods brand TSUCHIYA KABAN launched its pet item series in 2023, combining the craftsmanship cultivated over many years of making Japan’s iconic school bags (randoseru) with the brand’s enduring spirit of meticulous craftsmanship that also defines its products for adults.

The series became widely talked about after Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers shared a photo on social media of his dog Decopin wearing one of the brand’s miniature randoseru backpacks.

A percentage of proceeds from this pop-up will be donated back to Wags and Walks.

Guests visiting the event will be treated to matcha lattes prepared with Sayama tea, one of Japan’s three most celebrated teas, produced by Masudaen, a tea farm with over 100 years of history.
