During this orientation, you’ll learn about our rescue’s mission, expectations for foster caregivers, basic dog care, and how we support you every step of the way. Whether you’re fostering for the first time or have prior experience, we’re here to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to help each dog thrive. To attend orientation, start by filling out the foster application linked below. This is a non-binding application that just tells us a little more about you and what you’re looking for. We will then review your application and send you a link to register.

Please note that if we are at capacity for this particular orientation, we may invite you to a future one (we host them every other Wednesday night at 6pm).

Things To Note:

• All fosters must be at least 21 years of age to foster.

• Foster dogs should be kept on a leash at all times outside of the home unless they are in a private enclosed backyard.

• We cover all medical expenses for the dog. Any medical-related issue or care needs to be brought to us first before seeking treatment.

• Sometimes a pup isn't the right fit, and that's okay. We have a 72-hour transition policy for non-emergencies.
