Get your paddles ready and your teams together! Wags and Walks is hosting our Inaugural Pickleball Tournament “Paddle & Paws” on  Saturday May 3rd, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Santa Monica 4th Street Pickleball (1318 4th Street).


Whether you’re a seasoned player or just here for a tail-wagging good time, this event is for everyone. Gather your pack of two and compete across three skill levels:

  • Beginner (3.0)

  • Intermediate (3.5)

  • Advanced (4.0+).

FAQ’S

  • When and where is the tournament? Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Santa Monica Pickleball Club (2501 Wilshire Blvd).

  • How much is registration? $150 per team of two. Includes drink tickets, a raffle ticket, swag bag, clinic access, and entry to all Wags & Walks activities.

  • What does my registration support? All proceeds go to Wags & Walks, helping rescue dogs find loving homes.

  • What divisions and skill levels can I register for?

    • Divisions: Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles

    • Skill Levels: Beginner (1.0 - 2.5), Intermediate (3.0 - 3.5), or Advanced (4.0 - 4.5))

  • Can kids play? Yes, players must be 12 years old or older to participate.

  • Is there help for beginners? Yes! A beginner clinic with a coach is included for all registered players from 

  • Can I come if I’m not playing? Definitely! Spectators are welcome to enjoy food, drinks, activities, and the raffle.

  • Will there be food and drinks? Yes, food and drinks will be available. Players receive two free drink tickets.

  • Will there be adoptable dogs there? Yes! Meet some of our adoptable dogs and learn how to foster or adopt.
