Meet Baloo! This sweet 4-year-old, 35lb mixed-breed boy is ready to leave his past behind and find a family of his own. Baloo came to us after he was found alongside two other dogs on the side of the road, and thankfully, Good Samaritans made sure all three pups made it safely to the shelter. Baloo is a friendly, people-loving guy who enjoys attention and being around other pups and people! He can be a little vocal when he’s excited, especially when he knows it’s time to get out of his kennel, but once he’s out, he’s easy to handle and happy to explore. He enjoys spending time in the yard, checking out all the new sights and smells, and will happily come over to his people for some attention. Baloo is reported to be both dog- and kid-friendly, and he walks nicely with only a little pulling and is easy to get back into his kennel after an outing.
