Meet Beluga! This 8-month-old, 31lb mixed breed pup is a total lover boy with a soft heart, a playful streak, and an endless desire to be close to his people. He’s happiest when he’s snuggled up beside you, soaking in attention, and being part of whatever you’re doing. Beluga has a sweet, affectionate personality that makes him incredibly endearing, and he’s already showing what a wonderful companion he’s going to be. Beluga has a medium energy level. He enjoys playtime and can get a little extra silly (and a bit vocal!) when he’s hungry or excited, but he settles nicely once his needs are met. He also loves a good nap and will happily curl up near his humans once he’s had his fun. He is doing very well with crate training, sleeping through the night with a blanket over his crate and waking up around 7am ready to start his day. He does need a little encouragement to go into the crate, but once inside, he settles quickly and rests well. He’s also close to being fully potty trained and has had no accidents in his crate, showing great progress for his age! Beluga does great with other dogs and enjoys their company. He may not be the quickest to pick up formal commands yet, but he is a very good listener overall and eager to please in his own way. With his loving nature and cuddly personality, Beluga is more than ready to find a forever home where he can be someone’s loyal little shadow!
