Meet Bodhi! This 1-year-old, 54lb Husky mix is a social, happy-go-lucky boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Bodhi truly embodies that “never met a stranger” energy, he loves everyone he meets and greets people with full-body wiggles! At just a year old, Bodhi still has plenty of playful, puppy-like spirit and enjoys getting out to explore the world. On leash, he may pull at first out of excitement, but he responds well to redirection and can settle into a nice rhythm. He’s also done well meeting other dogs, he may come in a little excited initially, but adjusts and walks nicely alongside them. Bodhi is potty trained and has good house manners, thriving on attention and companionship from his people. He’s still working on crate training and can be quite vocal about it (Husky things), especially at night, as he’d much rather be close to his humans. He’ll need an adopter committed to continuing this training with patience and consistency. True to his adventurous Husky roots, Bodhi can be a bit of an escape artist and will need a secure setup and supervision outdoors. With his affectionate nature, playful energy, and big personality, Bodhi is ready to be someone’s fun-loving, loyal adventure buddy!
