Brooks absolutely loves being close to his people and is happiest when he can keep an eye on whatever everyone is up to. He's a curious guy who enjoys checking out his surroundings, but his favorite place is right beside you! Brooks has a medium energy level and enjoys getting out and about, especially if a car ride is involved! He's a big fan of cruising around, though he'll need to wear a harness to help keep his curious eyes focused forward instead of looking out every window along the way. He's also wonderful with kids and other dogs, and he's lived successfully with cats, too! Brooks is potty trained and has been getting into a good crate routine. He sleeps in his crate overnight, takes breaks there when he can't be supervised, and stays crated when his people leave for errands.
