Meet Casey! This 1.5-year-old, 55lb Poodle mix is a friendly, energetic guy who is ready to find a family of his own! Casey came into our care after being abandoned on a farm, but despite his rough start, he's a sweet young dog who is excited to experience the good life. Casey is a playful, curious pup who loves being around people and is always eager to get out and explore. He's got plenty of energy and can get a little excited when greeting people, but he's already showing that he can settle into a nice rhythm once he's out and about. On walks, he does well on leash and enjoys taking in everything around him. He's curious about his surroundings and loves checking out what's happening nearby! Casey has also done well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion to play with. He'd thrive with a family ready to give him plenty of exercise, enrichment, and continued guidance as he works on his manners. After being given such an uncertain start, Casey is ready for something much better: a home where he's loved, included, and given the chance to be the happy, goofy dog he's meant to be!
