Meet Coco! This 7-month-old, 19.5lb Beagle mix is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl with a playful personality and plenty of puppy energy to share! Coco has settled beautifully into her foster home and is already showing what a happy girl she is. Coco absolutely loves her people and enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with them after a good play session. She also loves her toys and can happily keep herself entertained, especially when there are plenty of stuffies and balls around! Coco is wonderful with other dogs and loves playing with her canine friends, so she’d likely enjoy having a playful dog sibling in her forever home. At home, Coco is confident, comfortable, and doing wonderfully with her potty training. She’s had only one accident since arriving in foster care! She’s also a great crate sleeper and settles peacefully at night. Coco is smart and food motivated, and she already knows several commands, including sit, down, bed, and crate. She’s continuing to work on stay, release, and her puppy manners! Coco is still building confidence when she’s out of the house. New people can make her nervous, and walks can feel overwhelming at times, but her foster is helping her learn that new experiences can be safe and fun through patience and positive reinforcement. Coco is a sweet, playful girl who is ready for a family that will continue helping her confidence grow while giving her plenty of love, playtime, and cuddles!
