Cooper is an 8-year-old, 25lb mixed breed boy with a heart full of love and a serious talent for cuddling. This sweet boy is happiest when he’s close to his people, whether that means curling up beside you on the couch or climbing into your lap for pets and belly rubs. He’s incredibly affectionate and happily soaks up attention whenever it’s offered. Cooper has been friendly with other dogs and cats, and he’s even starting to come out of his shell more, recently showing his playful side by engaging with his resident dog friend outside! It’s been so special to watch his confidence grow day by day! He enjoys the simple pleasures in life, like car rides with his favorite humans and relaxing with his beloved cheetah print toy, which doubles as his comfort item. Cooper is potty trained and very smart, he even knows the “crate” command. While he sleeps soundly in his crate at night, he’s still building confidence with it during the day and can take a bit to settle. Cooper can be startled by loud noises or sudden movements, so he would do best in a calm home without young children.
