Meet Delilah! This 4-year-old, 73lb Shepherd mix is a gentle, loyal girl who has seamlessly settled into home life. Delilah is fully potty trained and has a wonderfully lower-energy personality. She enjoys leisurely walks, relaxing on restaurant patios, and simply spending time close to her favorite humans. She's happiest soaking up affection, especially gentle scratches on her face and ears. If you stop petting her too soon, she'll politely "boop" your hand with her nose to ask for more. This lovely girl is friendly and neutral around both people and other dogs. She has excellent leash manners, rides beautifully in the car, and is the perfect companion for outings, happily relaxing while the world goes by. She's not particularly interested in toys or treats, preferring love and attention above all else! Delilah has wonderful house manners and is an easy companion to live with. She has settled beautifully into foster care, but she forms incredibly strong bonds with her people and is still working through some separation anxiety. Her foster has been helping her build confidence with short periods of alone time, and while she's making progress, she'll thrive with adopters who are home often and committed to continuing her training! Delilah is a devoted, affectionate dog who simply wants to be someone's constant companion!
