Dempsey is a low-energy dreamboat who is incredibly sweet and has been a wonderful companion in his foster home. He’s a trusted houseguest, fully potty trained, and non-destructive when left loose in the home. While he enjoys spending time with children and is well behaved around them, he can be a little nippy when excited, so he would likely do best with older children. This big guy is strong and can be stubborn, so continued training and obedience work will be important. He’s also working on crate anxiety, but does wonderfully when left outside of his crate! He’s had neutral interactions with cats but would likely do best in a cat-free home. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love, Dempsey is sure to keep blossoming into the wonderful companion he’s meant to be.
