He enjoys attention, leans in for pets, and shows a playful, expressive side (including a funny “smile” where he scrunches his mouth when he’s excited to play!). Edley is smart and responsive, already knowing cues like sit, stay, and down, and he picks up on training quickly when he’s comfortable. He’s potty trained and loves having a couch to decompress on after being active. He does best in a home with structure and routine, and he continues to build confidence with both crate and confinement settings. He’s still working through some anxiety there and prefers gradual, positive reinforcement. Edley is a higher-energy dog who needs outlets for both his mind and body. He enjoys toys, play, and has shown a silly, affectionate personality when relaxed.
