Meet Fran! This sweet 4-year-old, 41.5lb mixed-breed girl came to us from a cruelty case and is learning what it means to feel safe and loved. Fran can be a little timid at first, but once she warms up, she becomes the sweetest, most affectionate cuddle bug! She loves being close to her people and will happily follow you around, find a spot beside you, or curl up right next to you for some quality cuddle time. Fran’s personality has really blossomed in foster care, and while she’s still a relatively chill girl, she’s discovering her playful side more and more! She loves playing with her people, spending time with other dogs, and enjoying the outdoors. In fact, Fran absolutely loves having a backyard to explore and relax in. Fran is wonderful with other dogs, and we think she would especially thrive with another friendly dog in the home to keep her company and help her feel confident. She’s also great with kids and cats! Fran is working through her crate training and is much more comfortable when she has a little extra space to relax. She’s also continuing to work on her potty training and does best with a consistent routine. Because she loves being with her people, a home where someone is around often would be ideal for her. She’s ready for a patient, loving family who will give her the safe and happy life she deserves!
