Meet Goober! Goober is a 2-year-old, 53lb mixed-breed boy who brings an endless supply of joy, slobber, and goofy smiles everywhere he goes. If there’s a toy nearby, Goober will find it, and if it’s not technically a dog toy… well, he might give it a try anyway. He’s still learning what’s fair game, but the good news is he’s incredibly eager to please! When you ask him to give something up, he happily does because he truly doesn’t want to do anything wrong. Durable toys are the way to this guy’s heart: Nyla bones, tennis balls, and anything tough enough to survive his enthusiastic play style. Expect toys scattered around like little reminders of his daily fun. Goober is a medium-energy pup who absolutely adores people and does great with other dogs. His favorite place is right near his human, soaking up attention and snuggles. He’s also still getting used to his size and can be a little clumsy at times, so patience and understanding go a long way with this sweet soul. He’s fantastic in his crate and happily trots in at bedtime when he gets his “night night” treat. Goober sleeps there peacefully all night and is almost fully potty trained. This sweet boy is pure sunshine and is ready to bring love and happiness to his forever people!
