Meet Lia! Lia is a 1.5-year-old, 40.5lb mixed-breed girl with the sweetest heart. While she still has some puppy tendencies, she's so full of love and social with everyone she meets. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and people alike! Lia loves spending time outdoors, but she’s just as happy being close to her people and soaking up attention. She recently had surgery and has been recovering beautifully. Lia is potty trained, though she occasionally has small accidents inside and benefits from frequent trips outside. As her back legs continue to heal and strengthen, it’s expected that this will keep improving. Lia also does great in her crate. She sometimes needs a little encouragement to go in, but once she’s settled, she curls right up and relaxes quietly. With her gentle personality and loving nature, Lia will make a wonderful companion for a lucky family!
