Meet Macie! This 2-year-old, 38lb mixed breed is a sweet, sensitive girl who truly shines once she feels safe. While she may be a little unsure with new experiences at first, she adjusts quickly and continues to grow more confident every day. Macie has really come out of her shell in foster care, revealing a playful, energetic, and silly personality. She loves toys (and will proudly carry them around!), and enjoys long walks. She’s especially happy when she has another dog to play with and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion who can match her energy. That said, she can also settle nicely as a solo dog and enjoys relaxing time with her people. She walks beautifully on leash, is potty trained, and has excellent house manners. Macie may hesitate briefly when asked to enter her crate, but once inside, she settles in comfortably. Macie is incredibly affectionate, full of personality, and loves to make her people smile, whether it’s with her playful antics, sweet snuggles, or her signature happy grin. With a patient, loving home, Macie will continue to blossom into an amazing, well-rounded companion!
