Meet Noodle! This 4-year-old, 43.5lb Shar Pei mix is the sweetest, cuddliest girl who wants nothing more than to be by her people's side. She's a total social butterfly who loves everyone she meets and is happiest curled up next to you on the couch, snuggled in your lap, or following you around the house. Noodle is a pretty low-key couch potato who loves to sunbathe, nap, and hang out with her people, but she still has a playful side. Every now and then, she'll break out into hilarious zoomies before settling right back in for more cuddles. She's also known for her adorable "baby shark" habit of gently nibbling on you when she's feeling extra affectionate. Noodle is potty trained, crate trained, and has excellent house manners. She's become very comfortable with her crate and will even put herself in when she sees her foster putting on shoes to leave or when she hears "go to bed." She may cry for a few minutes initially when her foster leaves, but settles quickly and has made great progress with being alone. She's done great living with another dog and is neutral when passing dogs on walks, though she'd also be perfectly happy as a solo pup where she can soak up all the attention! Noodle is still working on leash manners and will benefit from an adopter who can continue her training, but she has made incredible progress already! She's currently undergoing heartworm treatment, which is fully covered by the 15/10 Foundation, and she's expected to make a full recovery. Noodle is loyal, affectionate, hilarious, and always ready to be your shadow. If you're looking for a couch buddy and a best friend all in one, Noodle could be your girl!
