Meet Noodle! This 4-year-old, 43.5lb Shar Pei mix is a loving, affectionate girl with a gentle personality and a serious talent for cuddling. Noodle is a total Velcro dog who adores her people, she’ll happily follow you from room to room and is always ready to curl up in your lap for snuggles, belly rubs, and back scratches. She has a calm, easygoing nature with the occasional burst of playful zoomies, and she loves collecting her favorite toys and tucking them into cozy spots. Noodle is smart, eager to please, and has made wonderful progress in her foster home. She’s potty trained, crate trained, and knows her routines well, sleeping soundly in her crate at night and settling nicely with structure. Noodle does well with other dogs and enjoys their company, though she’d also be happy as a spoiled solo pup. She thrives in a calm, structured home and responds well to gentle guidance. She is still working through some separation anxiety and mild resource guarding with high-value items, both of which have been improving with consistency. She also has a higher prey drive and will need a home without cats. Because of this, she’ll do best with an experienced, patient adopter and in a home without young children. With her sweet nature and loving heart, Noodle is a truly special companion ready to find her person!
