Meet Pancake! This 6-month-old, 30lb mixed-breed puppy is a smart, affectionate little guy with a sweet personality! Pancake is doing a great job learning the ropes of puppyhood and is ready to find his forever family! Pancake has a medium energy level. He loves to play and explore, but once the fun is over, he’s happy to settle down and relax with his people. He’s also wonderful with kids and has done well with other dogs, making him a great fit for a variety of homes! This clever boy is very food motivated and eager to learn. He already knows “sit” when there’s a treat involved and has been making great progress with his potty training! He’s now having little to no accidents and is learning to let his people know when he needs to go outside. He does best with regular potty breaks, especially after playtime, and his adopters can continue building on the great progress he’s already made. Pancake does wonderfully in his crate and sleeps peacefully through the entire night. He can also be left crated for a few hours during the day and settles nicely on his own. When he’s not busy being a good boy, Pancake loves chewing on his favorite bone and apparently enjoys a little classical music, too! He’s also a fantastic little adventure buddy. Pancake rides wonderfully in the car and has even been a great sport at soccer games! Like any puppy, Pancake is still learning and will need a family who is excited to continue guiding him as he grows.
