Meet Peep! This 1-year-old, 50lb mixed breed girl is a sweet, affectionate Velcro dog who just wants to be wherever her people are. She’s happiest following you from room to room, settling nearby, and soaking up all the love she can get. Peep has a nice medium energy level and is an easygoing girl who does well with routine. She enjoys playing, puzzle toys, and enrichment, and she’s been a wonderful companion in foster care. She’s also dog-friendly and has enjoyed playing with other dogs! Peep is fantastic in her crate and settles easily without any issues. She’s also potty trained and has excellent house manners. While she’d likely do well in a house or apartment, she does have a strong interest in chasing small animals and neighborhood cats, so a home without cats or other small animals would be the best fit. Peep is heartworm-positive and is currently undergoing treatment. This treatment is covered by the 15/10 Foundation, and Peep is expected to make a full recovery!
