Piglet
Piglet is a 3-year-old, 49lb mixed breed with a calm, easygoing personality and a love for life’s simple comforts. This low-key girl is happiest lounging in a cozy spot, soaking up a warm sunbeam, or curled up for a long, peaceful nap, but she does have her playful moments, too! She especially loves rolling around in the grass and enjoying the backyard. Piglet is incredibly affectionate and adores her people, think lots of “piggy snuggles,” belly rubs, and quiet time spent side by side. She’s also quite the charmer and has already won over neighbors and even the mail carrier with her sweet demeanor! She enjoys a short daily walk and is continuing to work on her leash skills. While she’s making progress, Piglet can be a little reactive to people and dogs while on leash, so she’ll benefit from continued training and an adopter who can help guide her through this with patience and structure. Piglet is potty trained, crate trained, and very relaxed in her crate. She does well with other dogs when introductions are done thoughtfully and with clear boundaries. With her loving heart and laid-back nature, Piglet is ready to find a home where she can feel safe, snuggled, and adored!
