Ribbit
Meet Ribbit! This 1-year-old, 42lb bully mix is a sweet, easygoing boy with a heart full of love and an adorable “just happy to be here” personality. Ribbit is incredibly affectionate and happiest when he’s close to his people, happily following you from room to room before melting into the floor the second you start petting him. He truly just wants to be loved! Ribbit has a wonderful medium energy level and enjoys a nice balance of activity and relaxation. He loves going for walks, hanging out on dog-friendly patios, and especially spending time outdoors. In fact, one of his favorite things is simply being outside, and he would absolutely love a home with a fenced yard where he can relax, explore, and soak up the sunshine freely. He walks nicely on leash overall, though he can get excited when he sees other dogs because he’s eager to make friends. Ribbit would likely thrive with a playful canine companion to help him burn off energy and continue building confidence. He’s also been doing wonderfully meeting older kids and has shown a gentle, friendly demeanor with them. Ribbit is crate trained, has had no accidents in his current foster home, and continues to gain confidence every day, including learning how to navigate stairs. With a calm, loving home, Ribbit is going to make an incredibly loyal, affectionate companion!
