Russ
Meet Russ! This 1.5-year-old, 48lb mixed breed is a happy, playful guy with a big heart and an even bigger love for his people. Russ is the kind of dog who greets you with enthusiasm and affection: he absolutely loves giving kisses and being part of the action! Russ has a fun, goofy side and is always ready for a good time. He loves to go to town on a chew toy, happily entertaining himself with something sturdy to keep him busy. He also enjoys car rides and would be a great companion for adventures or everyday errands. He does well with people of all ages, including kids, and is friendly with other dogs when given proper structure and boundaries. With guidance, he can continue to build positive relationships and thrive in a social environment. Russ is potty trained and understands the basics of home life. He’s currently working through some separation anxiety and may whine a bit when first settling into his crate, but he goes in willingly for a treat and is able to calm down with time and consistency. Russ is a fun-loving companion who will bring joy, laughter, and lots of kisses to his future home!
