Muttz & Muscles is a mat based strength and sculpt class designed to help you build strength, improve stability, and feel more connected to your body. Best of all, adoptable puppies from Wags & Walks will be roaming the room, giving you the chance to meet them while supporting our rescue mission. Every ticket purchased helps provide care for rescue dogs as they wait for their forever homes.

What to Expect
