Now, safely in our care, this love bug is ready to find her forever family. Cookie is an affectionate friend who wants to be near her people. Her response to meeting new friends is always to lie down on her back with her tail wagging, waiting for belly rubs. She has done well living with two cats in her foster home and meeting other dogs when she’s out and about. This sweet girl has plenty of energy for play but is also content to settle in beside her people on the couch. Cookie is eager to please and has already learned several commands in her foster home, including ‘sit’ and ‘stay’. She is working on perfecting her other basics and will thrive with adopters who will give her structure and a consistent routine.
