This 1-year-old, 94-lb Pyrenees mix would make an excellent family dog! Dune was found as a stray in Bakersfield alongside six other dogs before we rescued her from the shelter. Now safe in our care, she’s receiving the love and support she always deserved. Dune is a gentle, social girl who adores hanging out and staying close to her humans. She loves everyone she meets, including kids and other dogs. She’s a little goofy in the cutest way and never turns down a belly rub. Overall, she is a pretty mellow girl who loves to lounge, but does occasionally get adorable zoomies. She enjoys relaxing with her humans, exploring at her own pace, and soaking in affection. Though she can get overwhelmed in loud or busy environments, she warms up beautifully with calm encouragement and has been steadily building her confidence.
