This 2-year-old, 10-lb Schnauzer mix is a loving, loyal little guy. We rescued Norbert from an overcrowded shelter. He was overwhelmed in that environment and immediately started to open up when he arrived at our adoption center. Now, he is in a comfortable foster home and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. This sweet, affectionate boy wants to be your loyal shadow. He is happiest when he is sitting beside you and getting gentle pets. Norbert does have a silly, playful streak and loves his toys, especially as he gets more comfortable. He can be hesitant when meeting new friends and is working on building his confidence, especially when he’s out and about. Norbert is fully potty-trained and walks well on a leash. He will thrive with patient adopters who will give him lots of snuggles and help him continue to build his confidence.
