Patches
Meet Patches!
Breed: Mixed Breed
Age: 1 year old
Gender: Female
Weight: 46 lbs
This 1-year-old, 46-lb mixed-breed pup is playful, curious, and full of personality! We rescued Patches from an overcrowded shelter after she was found as a stray. She’s now safe in our care and learning to trust again. Patches excels when she receives proper introductions to new people and is always eager for pets and belly rubs from her favorite humans. Once she’s built trust, she becomes a youthful ball of energy and a goofy little wiggle worm who enjoys toys, enrichment activities, and long walks where she can explore to her heart’s content. When the fun winds down, she’s equally happy to curl up for a nap (and yes, she adorably wags her tail in her sleep). She attended a training program at Whittier Dog Club, where she worked on her training basics and built her confidence. She absolutely adores having a pup friend and would love to join an adult-only household with another pup and patient adopters who will let her adjust at her own pace. If you’re looking for a lovable, curious, and delightfully goofy pup to explore the world with, Patches might be your girl!
