This 3-month-old, 5-lb, mixed-breed puppy is a fiesty, lovable little guy. Pepe and his siblings, the Looney Tunes litter, were rescued from a garbage dump. When they arrived at our rescue, they were malnourished and tested positive for ringworm, an extremely contagious fungal infection, and Giardia, an intestinal illness that made combating malnutrition even more challenging. With thorough, round-the-clock care and specialized treatment, they improved, and there is now no sign of active infection. These little ones are starting to enjoy puppyhood in their foster homes and are now ready to find their forever families. Pepe is an affectionate puppy who loves playtime and is very curious about the world around him. He is also already an expert cuddler and will happily crawl into your lap for pets. Like all puppies his age, Pepe is working on his household basics and will thrive with adopters who are excited to take on the joys and challenges of puppyhood and guide him as he grows up.
