This 3-year-old, 45-lb mixed-breed gal is a lovable sweetheart. Pocket was abandoned by her former owner and arrived at a local shelter pregnant and terrified. An independent rescuer took her in and got her the medical care she needed. Unfortunately, after an emergency C-section, none of her babies survived. Now safely in our care, Pocket is ready to charm her way into a forever home. This sweet girl is easy to fall in love with and immediately wins the hearts of everyone she meets. She's an affectionate, social girl who loves to snuggle up in your lap or right by your side. Pocket is a laid-back pup, but she LOVES squeaky toys and will get adorable zoomies throughout the day. She tends to take more time to warm up to men, but is easily won over with gentle pets and some tasty treats. Pocket is working on perfecting her household basics, walks well on leash, and has done great meeting other dogs while she's out and about.
