This 3-year-old, 61-lb mixed-breed pup is a sensitive boy with the sweetest soul. Rudy was the runt of an accidental litter and was bullied by his littermates, which made him feel insecure in his previous home. He was surrendered to one of our training partners after his owner became overwhelmed caring for him and her other dogs. Rudy completed a board and train program at Canine School of Behavior, where he learned all his basics and built up his confidence. Now safely in our care, he’s ready to find his forever home! His foster describes him as a well-mannered house guest, a great listener, and someone who wants to be by your side. He is friendly with people and absolutely loves kids. This goofy guy likes to lie on pillows to sleep like a person and is quick to let you know when he needs more pets. This very good boy is potty-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and knows several commands. He would love to be the only pet in his forever home so he can soak up all your affection. Rudy will thrive in a calm, quiet home that can provide him with structure, routine, and plenty of love as he adjusts.
