Tweety
Meet Tweety, from the Looney Tunes Litter!
Breed: Mixed Breed
Age: 3 months old
Gender: Female
Weight: 9 lbs
This 3-month-old, 9-lb, mixed-breed puppy is a playful ball of energy. Tweety and her siblings, the Looney Tunes litter, were rescued from a garbage dump. When they arrived at our rescue, they were malnourished and tested positive for ringworm, an extremely contagious fungal infection, and Giardia, an intestinal illness that made combating malnutrition even more challenging. With thorough, round-the-clock care and specialized treatment, they improved, and there is now no sign of active infection. These little ones are starting to enjoy puppyhood in their foster homes and are now ready to find their forever families. Tweety’s favorite thing to do is play. She loves playing with toys, her foster pup siblings, and her people. Once she’s gotten her wiggles out, she is eager to cuddle and will fall asleep on the couch or in your lap. Like all puppies her age, she is working on her household basics, including potty-training. Her fosters say she is an excellent problem solver and has figured out how to use the pee pads already. She will thrive with energetic adopters who are excited to play with her and provide structure and consistency as she grows up. If you’re looking for an adorable best friend, Tweety could be the puppy for you!
