This 5-year-old, 73-lb mixed-breed pup is a well-trained guy who is full of love! Baloo came into our care after being abandoned at a training facility where 22 dogs were left behind when the business owner became gravely ill. Thanks to the rescue efforts of Animal Theory Rescue, Baloo finally got the fresh start he deserved! Baloo is incredibly sweet, and just looking at him or saying his name will get his tail wagging with joy. He can be hesitant when meeting new people, but with a proper introduction, he loves attention and will happily cuddle up or roll onto his back for belly rubs. He’s also perfectly content relaxing on his own and enjoys playtime, especially a good game of tug of war! This smart, eager-to-please pup already has excellent manners and a strong training foundation. He walks nicely on leash and is fully potty-trained and crate-trained, and even happily runs into his crate at mealtime. Baloo is still building confidence with new people in the home and will thrive with a confident adopter who can continue to guide him.
